One box = one container + one named /data volume. provision.sh runs at docker build instead of per-box; box creation drops from minutes to seconds. Same /data layout, same encrypted backup format — archives interchange with ./box save/load. Dry-run verified: new/doctor/save/ load/stop/start/rm, restore permission topology, reconcile-loop revival after restart. Containers disable IPv6 so executor's localhost bind lands on 127.0.0.1 like it did in the smolvm guest.
