readPassword used unix.TCGETS/TCSETS, which don't exist on darwin (spelled TIOCGETA/TIOCSETA there) — 'make dist' failed on the first real release run. Use golang.org/x/term.ReadPassword, which handles the per-OS termios differences and echo restore itself.
