- Release workflow now lives in .depot/workflows/release.yml alongside check.yml and runs on depot-ubuntu-latest; CLOUDFLARE_* credentials come from Depot CI secrets (depot ci secrets add --repo), not GitHub repo secrets. The GitHub-release step stays (tx9 upgrade consumes it). - Domain: tx9.davis7.sh -> tx9.col-agents.com everywhere (installer ORIGIN, homepage, docs, worker comments). col-agents.com is on Cloudflare, so the custom_domain route is now enabled instead of commented out.
